SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Orders placed after 8 am EST on Friday will process the following Monday.

  • We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

  • UPS does not ship on weekends.

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

USPS Standard / 7-10 days

UPS Ground* / 4-7 days

UPS Second Day Air / 2 days

UPS Next Day Air / 1 day

International / options will vary, rates will be displayed at checkout

  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.

  • We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

  • UPS does not ship on weekends.

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). All returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item is returned to us. We do offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurche any available item(s) on our site.

All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive items ordered online that were received damages, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact us in order to receive a full refund of your original payment.
